About Me

;

Harminder's approach is to understand reality from mulitiple perspectives because his involvement is typically in complex and uncertain situations of which there is little experience. Direct observation is augmented by new ways of seeing using both theory and practice to produce practical paths of action. His own work experience spans commerical organisations, not-for-profits and government institutions.
